WHERE CAN I FIND MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

After you complete your purchase, you’ll instantly receive an email containing a link to download your print(s). If you can’t find the link in your email, be sure to check your spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate your link, reach out to us directly and a member from our team would be more than happy to do everything they can to get your new print over to you as soon as possible.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I TAKE MY FILES FOR PRINTING?

Once you’ve downloaded the images, you have three options for obtaining your beautiful new work of art:

• Print at home. You may choose to use your home printer and print the image on a type of paper that is compatible with your printer. This option works best for those who wish to hang smaller works of art as home printers typically work with sheets of paper no larger than 8.5”x11”. This is the fastest option as it only takes about 3-minutes!
• Use a printing service. If you wish to have a large print hanging in your space, or one that is printed on specialty paper, you can send the image to a printing service at Staples, Costco, Office Max, of Fed Ex Office.
• Use an online photo service. Online photo services can help you create photo-like images of your downloadable art and they are very simple to work with – it won’t take more than 3-minutes to place an order! Out of all of the available options for online photo services, we recommend working with Shutterfly.com, Snapfish.com, MPix.com or whcc.com as they produce the highest quality images for the best price. In the event that you need assistance placing an order on one of these websites, Roses On The Moon will send you step-by-step instructions. 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PRINT AT?

Generally speaking, each design can be printed at sizes ranging from 4x6” to A5, and from A5 to 24x36”. You can even print A1! You’ll receive five high-resolution JPG files at 300dpi in RGB color mode to support the highest quality and color clarity. If you require a unique size, contact us directly and our team can put it together for you!

File 1 (2:3 Ratio) for printing:

• INCHES - 6"x9" | 8"x12" | 10"x15" | 12"x18" | 20x30" | 24x36"

ARE ALL OF YOUR FINE ART PRINTS COPYRIGHTED?

All of our artwork, including graphics, photographs, and text are copyrighted. This means that you are prohibited from redistributing our prints or using them for commercial purposes without expressed written permission from Roses On The Moon. However, you are permitted to print your digital art for personal use only. All users and customers assume the risk of copyright infringement with your purchase.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All prints are professional printed on high quality, heavyweight, acid-free archival white paper. Frames not included.

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? 
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 5 and 8 working days.
• Europe (For orders managed from this continent): Between 5 and 8 working days.
• Australia: 2-14 working days.
• International: 2-14 working days.

Roses on the Moon cannot guarantee these shipping times, but strives to exceed expectations. If you need your prints in a hurry, purchasing the printable (instant download) option is recommended.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM? 

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@rosesonthemoon.com.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER? 
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@rosesonthemoon.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. 

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—I f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@rosesonthemoon.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U SPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
